Azzpadz to begin Canadian distribution of the X-Edge Board Rest

San Jose, CA (December 20, 2002) - X-Edge Inc. of San Jose, CA., manufacturer of the Board Rest™, announced today an agreement with Azzpadz™ in which Azzpadz will assume the distribution of the Board Rest for the Canadian market. Azzpadz also manufactures and distributes the Azzpad, an anatomically correct tailbone protection harness.

About the Board Rest

The Board Rest is a patented snowboarding product that makes sitting on a chairlift more comfortable. It supports the hanging end of a snowboard and eliminates the need for the rider to flex their foot to hold the board on their boot. Additionally, the Board Rest helps protect boots and laces from getting chewed up from the sharp edge of the board.

To attach the Board Rest, simply slide it through the laces of one of the snowboard boots. There is no need to untie the boot to attach it. Once on the lift, simply place the back edge of the board on the holder, sit back, and relax.
